1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At watches4sale.store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered
• All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
• Item must not have been sized, engraved, or modified in any way
• Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or special order items
• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
• Gold bullion bars and coins (all sales are final)
• Items without original packaging and certificates
• Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@watches4sale.store with your order details and reason for return
2. Our team will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item using insured shipping with tracking

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
